3.4 Sealed goods and hygiene (UK)
Dietary supplements are often supplied sealed for health and hygiene reasons. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you break the seal on goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, your statutory right to cancel a distance contract may end once the seal is broken. 4. Returns
4.1 Return Conditions
Where we agree to a goodwill return outside the statutory cooling-off rules, or where statutory rights apply and the goods remain sealed as required by law, items must be:
- Unopened and in their original, sealed packaging (where a seal applies)
- In the same condition as when received
- Returned in line with any timeframe we confirm to you, and in any event within 30 days of the original purchase date unless a longer period is required by law
If you are exercising a statutory right to cancel a distance contract, you must return the goods to us (or hand them over to a person authorised by us to receive them) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your cancellation, unless we have offered to collect the goods.
4.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

- Products with broken seals
- Products that have been tampered with
4.3 Return Process

5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you cancel a distance contract under UK regulations, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (where applicable), without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the goods back or, if earlier, the day on which you supply evidence of having sent the goods back.
For other approved refunds, we will process the refund to your original payment method without undue delay and typically within 14 days of receipt and inspection, unless a different timeframe is required by law.
5.2 Refund Amount
For eligible statutory cancellations within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including the least expensive standard delivery option if you paid for delivery (where the regulations require this). If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option, we may deduct the additional cost.
We may make a deduction from reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
For returns outside the statutory cooling-off period (where we agree to a goodwill return within 30 days), only the product cost will be refunded unless we confirm otherwise. Original shipping costs are typically non-refundable for goodwill returns.
5.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- Items are returned in a different condition than received
- Items are missing components or packaging
5.4 Late or Missing Refunds
